Can I pick up my order? Yes! Simply select "Pick up from TT Studio (Avalon)" at checkout. Orders are almost always ready for collection within 24 hours.

NOTE: All Chowchilla Vintage orders and orders for small/light items (such as Keyrings, Jewellery, Beanies, Uashmama & Stationery) are sent via Express Post to WA, TAS and most Sydney Metro areas.

Table Tonic orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 1 business day and you will receive tracking information for your order as soon as it has been dispatched. We use Australia Post for Australian deliveries and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order. All Chowchilla Vintage orders and orders for small/light items (such as Keyrings, Jewellery, Beanies, Uashmama & Stationery) are sent via Express Post to WA, TAS and most Sydney Metro areas.

Table Tonic orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 1 business day and you will receive tracking information for your order as soon as it has been dispatched. We use Australia Post for all Worldwide deliveries and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order. Delivery takes around 6-10 working days for most worldwide deliveries.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Full price purchases: You may return new, unused FULL PRICE items within 14 days of the email that confirms shipment for a full refund, exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months). Orders returned after 14 days will only be eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months).

Sale purchases: We do not offer refunds on sale purchases or purchases where a discount code was used. We will however happily offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months). We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. 

Please email help@tabletonic.com.au prior to returning an item and we will provide you with a return address. Refunds are applied to the original credit card or method of payment. 

A special note about returns: We are a small business. There is a growing trend where consumers shopping at larger online retailers buy many items and then decide which to keep and "return the rest". We get it. That's appealing. But we are a small business. Any time someone does this, it puts a tiny little strain on our business because we are very careful with our stock quantities. Inventory can kill a small business and we want to be around for a very long time. All of this said, while we honour our return policy (below), we ask you to simply think about it. Because if everyone did this we would not have a business. Thank you. 

REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 1 to 2 business days). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only full priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged or a credit note issued (valid for 12 moinths).
