Can I pick up my order? Yes! Simply select PICK UP as a delivery method at checkout. You'll receive an automated email with all the info you need as soon as your order is ready to pick up. Collection is from Avalon, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

SHIPPING METHODS - AUSTRALIA:
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Table Tonic orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive tracking information for your order via email as soon as it has been dispatched.
SHIPPING METHODS - WORLDWIDE:
We use Australia Post and Sendle for Worldwide deliveries and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order. Delivery takes around 12-14 working days for most worldwide deliveries. Table Tonic orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive tracking information for your order via email as soon as it has been dispatched.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
Please email help@tabletonic.com.au prior to returning an item and we will provide you with a return address. DO NOT return your item(s) to the address on the back of your satchel. Refunds are applied automatically to your method of payment.
Full price purchases: You may return new, unused FULL PRICE items within 14 days of delivery to you for a full refund, exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months). Orders returned after 14 days will only be eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months).
Sale purchases: We do not offer refunds on sale purchases or purchases where a discount code was used unless the item is faulty. We will however happily offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months). We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
REFUNDS:
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only full priced items will be refunded. Sale purchases or purchases where a discount code was used can only be exchanged or a credit note issued (valid for 12 months) unless the item is faulty.
