SHIPPING & RETURNS

Table Tonic orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 1 business day. We use Fastway Couriers (and occasionally Australia Post) for all our deliveries and a signature will usually (but not always) be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order.

Table Tonic delivers WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY.

Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your item(s), simply return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you please drop us an email at help@tabletonic.com.au prior to doing so.

Returns

You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 1 to 2 business days).
