Due to the value of the goods that we sell and in order to ensure your purchase is secure, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature. Therefore, please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order. Insurance is available for International orders and covers your goods against loss, theft and damage, up to AU$500 value.
Should you wish too exchange your item(s), simply return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you please contact Table Tonic prior to doing so.
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We ask that you please contact Table Tonic prior to doing so.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 1 to 2 business days).
