Table Tonic orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 1 business day. We use FASTWAY Couriers (and occasionally Australia Post) for all our deliveries and a signature will be required upon delivery. Due to the value of the goods that we sell and in order to ensure your purchase is secure, we require proof of delivery for most orders. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order.

You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 1 to 2 business days).
